WHEN DO YOUR BOXXES DROP?
Our boxxes drop at the start of each month, every month.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We ship our boxxes at the start of each month via Royal mail 2-3 day service.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU SIGN UP HALF-WAY THROUGH THE MONTH?
If you join our society during the month, your society membership will begin ready for next month’s drop.
WHAT IF I DAMAGE MY ITEMS?
If items are damaged beyond reasonable repair and then returned, we’ll charge you for the items. But don’t worry, small marks or normal wear and tear are part of building our sustainable clothing community and therefore there no cost will be incurred.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION?
Our Monthly Boxxes include: 1-2 Items per Boxx.
